The Ginataang Tambakol or Skipjack Tuna Cooked with cocomilk is one of the most delicious recipe which is the fish is cooked with coconut milk. My own version was, I cooked first the fish with vinegar, added with salt, pepper, garlic, onion and ginger till it dry. After then, I cook the coconut milk before I added the fish. The result of this cooking process is absolutely tasty, creamy and super yummy.
