ASMR whispered I am affirmations on health and well-being.

ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response. Not everyone experiences asmr but for those who do, it is usually a tingling sensation that starts in the head and can go down the spine and sometimes to the limbs. The most known triggers are sounds of whispering, tapping, scratching and blowing. There are also visual triggers but I am not including any in this video. Even if you don’t experience ASMR, listening to whispers is still very relaxing.

Benefits of ASMR include:

– relaxation
– inducing or improving sleep
– reduce stress and anxiety
– improves blood flow
