Today in Honey’s Recipes we are going to do a tasty & healthy Malida Laddu in easy and simple way.
Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Jaggery – 1 cup
Poppy Seeds – 2 tsp
Dry Fruits – 2 tsp
Ghee – as required
-Make Wheat dough with wheat flour adding small quantity of ghee and water.
-Split the dough into medium pieces.
-Roll the dough pieces as chapati.
-Fry the chapati on pan with applying the ghee on both sides.
-Mix well and fry for 1 min.
-Cut the chapati into small pieces and add them to a mixer jar and grind.
-Add one cup of jaggery and grind well.
-Put a small bowl on stove and add 2 tsp of ghee.
-Add dry fruits and fry well.
-Cutoff the heat add grind items to that bowl, add poppy seeds and mix well.
-Now make the sweet into small pieces.
